Spiritual Wine Sampling! Metaphysical Explanation for John 2:1-12
Recall the very first so-called “miracle” associated with Jesus? He was going to a marriage at Cana in Galilee, and they happened to run out of wine. And so on the insistence of his mother, Jesus requested the servants to fill up six stone water containers with water, to the top. Then he asked them to draw some out and bring it to their master of the banquet, who subsequently chewed out the groom for keeping the very best wines until later on in the evening (when most probably everybody had consumed so much they’d not enjoy it!).
